Auto-publish consent
Replies to reviews rated 4 or 5 stars can be posted without waiting for your click, but only if you choose that in writing. Automatic posting also requires that you give us manager access to your Google Business Profile. Without both, every reply waits for your approval.
Below is the exact text of the consent, version 1. You sign it on the start form we send you by email, not on this page. The words in braces, such as {practice_name}, are filled in with your details when you sign.
Auto-publish consent (v1)
By checking this box and typing your name, you authorize GracefulReply to publish replies to Google reviews rated 4 or 5 stars on behalf of {practice_name}, on the Google Business Profile(s) listed below, without asking you to approve each reply, as long as the reply passes our safety rules.
- Replies to reviews rated 1 to 3 stars, and any reply our safety rules flag, are never published without your approval.
- Our replies never confirm or suggest that a reviewer is a patient, and never mention treatment, appointments, dates, staff, prices or insurance.
- This consent covers only the profile(s) listed. It does not let us change your business information, photos or settings.
- You can withdraw this consent at any time by replying "stop auto-publish" to any email from us or by writing to admin@gracefulreply.com. Withdrawal takes effect within 1 business day.
- We keep a record of this consent: your name, email, the profile(s) covered, the date and time, and the IP address used.
